Super 120’s Wool Gabardine
Invented in the late 19th century, garbardine fabric was intended for practical, outerwear. Over time the advantageous properties of the construction have seen the fabric move into all areas of men's and ladies' fashion. The construction is defined as a twill weave with more warp threads than weft threads, creating a steeper visible twill. The resulting fabric has unrivalled lustre and an excellent, silk like handle, whilst also boasting the ability to retain its shape and consequently crease less.
